Ian Lowe brings to Integrated Research (IR) 25 years of leadership experience in the technology sector. With a proven track record of driving business transformation and growth, Ian is passionate about leveraging cutting-edge innovation to create and deliver value.
For 20 years Ian has led global companies providing big data enabled software solutions, including CEO and Director roles in both private and public companies encompassing Media, Advertising, Sustainability and Financial Services.
Prior to joining IR, Ian held executive roles including Global CEO at Daxci, CEO at EP&T Global, and CEO and Executive Director at Adslot, where he led successful strategies across product management, go-to-market execution, and organizational development within both global enterprises and fast-growth scale-ups.
Ian is committed to leading IR into its next phase of growth, with a focus on enhancing the company's market-leading solutions.
Chief Financial Officer
Christian joined IR in January 2024 to lead the company’s Group Financials, Finance Planning and Analysis, People and Culture and Legal teams.
Christian has an extensive background as a senior finance executive, with a strong operational, commercial, and strategic focus. With over three decades of experience, his expertise spans multiple industries including insurance, technology, telecommunications, financial services and healthcare.
He was formerly CFO at AJG Australia Pty Ltd. Before that, he was the CFO at Multicom Resources, MOKO Social Media Limited and iCash Payment Systems.
Christian graduated with a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology Sydney and is a Certified Practicing Accountant.
Chief Marketing Officer
In his role as the Chief Marketing Officer, Stuart is responsible for the company’s global marketing and communications efforts.
He leads branding, digital marketing, content and social media, public relations and advocacy, demand generation, product and business development and field marketing. Stuart has a breadth of marketing experience of over two decades and has led global teams.
Stuart joined IR in 2014 and has risen through the ranks, with his last role being Global Head of Marketing Communications. Prior to that, he worked with Macquarie Telecom, Commander, AOL Online Services, Telstra Corporation and ANZ Banking Corporation.
Stuart graduated with a Bachelor of Business from the University of South Australia (UniSA), has a Graduate Diploma in Business Management from UniSA, is a Certified Practicing Marketer, and Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD).
Stuart is passionate about snowboarding, triathlon, and Australian Football, and supports sport-related charities.
Chief Technology Officer
Michael joined IR in September 2018 and is responsible for leading the development and product management teams.
Michael has deep expertise and a proven track record in building cloud platforms at scale, and is also a cyber security expert.
Michael was formerly CEO of Deluxe Media Cloud and was CTO of FoxSports for 5 years where he transformed the business from an ‘iron and airwaves’ broadcaster of premium sports content, to a fully digital cloud-based service, delivering a flawless experience to millions of viewers.
SVP Global Sales
Marco joined IR in August 2023 to lead the Americas region. He brings to the company over 20 years of global and diverse leadership experience across sales, operations, and finance. Having held a wide range of management roles previously, Marco’s focus at IR is to grow and strengthen the Americas region.
Prior to joining IR, Marco led EfficientIP's Americas operations where he transformed the organization from a perpetual license model to a software subscription and SaaS based company, driven through channel sales. Marco also had an extensive career with NTT (previously Dimension Data) having led teams of 200+ people in the US, South America, and Europe.
Marco has an MBA in IT and Project Management. He considers himself a lifelong learner and has completed executive education, leadership and technology programs from Stanford, Harvard, and MIT Sloan School of Management in more recent times.
Having lived and worked in four different countries and two continents, Marco is fluent in English, French and Spanish. When he’s not working, Marco has a passion for cooking and enjoys playing tennis whenever he can.
SVP of IR Labs
Geoff joined IR in February of 2024 and leads the newly created internal incubator he created, IR Labs. He is responsible for innovation and the development of new capabilities to accelerate the future growth potential at IR.
Before joining IR, Geoff served as the Executive Director and Head of Commercial Product at S&P Global, where he led a large organization who pioneered a new AI software platform to tackle digital transformation for engineering. His leadership was pivotal in fostering a culture of innovation which enabled the team to deliver world-first capabilities to help companies reimagine how they work.
Geoff’s career is marked by his commitment to bringing new ideas to life, data-driven decision-making, and visionary leadership. Spending over a decade in product management, Geoff has helped companies build and scale across hardware, software and AI technologies.
With a background in Mechanical Engineering and an Executive MBA, Geoff’s education has led him to see the world through a different lens. Outside of work, you can usually find Geoff in the mountains rock climbing, skiing or mountain biking.
