IR is pleased to announce that we are part of a select group of Microsoft partners chosen to participate in beta testing a new Microsoft Teams API for cloud communications call records.
As part of this group, IR has early access to critical Teams performance data, enabling us to accelerate integration into our market leading performance management and analytics solutions.
This means our customers will soon have immediate access to rich Teams data, enabling them to gain insights into call quality and understand the root cause of a poor experience. Furthermore, with IR’s solutions, they will have access to data and insights that extend beyond Microsoft Teams to broader multi-vendor environments, providing true end-to-end visibility.
IR has been part of the Microsoft unified communications and collaboration journey for many years, working closely to ensure enterprises and service providers can deliver a high-quality user experience.
