With much of the world shifting work practices to working away from the office, the reliance on communication technology, particularly cloud collaboration platforms are increasing every day.
As part of the Microsoft Office 365 suite, Microsoft Teams has proven to be one of the most popular collaboration tools of choice for enterprise organizations in the shift to remote working.
With this massive shift, organizations are becoming more focused on the need for a cross-platform, cross-vendor suite of tools which meet their specific requirements and allow users globally to work and collaborate efficiently. And while more and more organizations are transitioning their collaboration needs to Teams, and other cloud-based solutions, many still want, or need, to hold on to some aspects of their existing on-premises UC systems.
This has led to an inevitable increase in UC complexity, making the need for monitoring, troubleshooting, service health and success metrics vital.
Deploying multiple UC and collaboration solutions can also mean multiple admin and management tools, and this is a major challenge facing many organizations. If IT teams have to use each individual tool for each solution to find the problem, it could take hours, or even days to resolve. This of course translates to downtime, negative user experience and ultimately loss of revenue.
I was excited to announce at IR Connect that we have launched our support for Microsoft Teams, as part of the IR Collaborate suite of solutions.
With IR’s experience management solution for Teams you can access:
This new solution builds on our leadership and experience supporting Microsoft customers, and we’re confident that it can help organizations transition to Teams, drive adoption and usage, and ensure ongoing success.
When we launched the hybrid Prognosis platform at the end of 2019, we set ourselves the challenge if taking on high-volume, real-time, complex data streams to deliver insight and intelligence.
And while there’s still plenty of road to travel on that journey, we’re extremely proud of what we’ve achieved so far, and we will continue to work towards simplifying complexity for customers.
